Wow! Very nice and very touching. The transition from the poem to the marching band at the halftime show was brilliant. I'm sorry for the loss of your friend, 19 years old is way to young to die :( ... But also, congratulations on being engaged, that's really a good feeling to know you found somebody that loves you as much as you love him.
I loved the ending where you transitioned into an actual video to switch from still photos, as well as the end to dedicate it to your friend. I'm sure he would have loved your video. I learned that you, like myself, also have two brothers which can be a lot to handle! haha but you all seem to be close and what a cute niece. :)
Your video was really unique! Like everyone else, I like how it changed to an actual video. I thought the part about your uncle's Christmas shirt collection was really funny, there were a lot of personal details and inside jokes in your story that made it show who you really are.

I enjoyed your photostory! We had tiger lilies in our yard too. Another thing we have in common is that we also called my grandfather 'Pap'. Being from Tyler Co., I'm familiar with Valley, and Wetzel Co. If the photo transitions had been slower, it would have been nice to have a couple extra seconds to see the pics. But overall, it was a great photostory. I really liked the video portion and dedication at the end. Nice engagement photo too! Congratulations!
